Ambulance Simulator 3D starts in the hospital lot with snow routes waiting on the map. Pick from three vans before the next run: UZA 542, GZA 314222, or Mercedes Sprinter. Change the body color to yellow or white, then head out for emergency transport jobs. The roads cut through towns, small villages, frozen stretches, and rough ground. One call may send you across asphalt, while the next route pushes you over ice and off-road sections. Every trip ends with a patient drop-off back at the medical center.

How to play?

Start the engine and open contact with dispatch to receive the next address. Check the map marker, switch on the blinkers, then steer toward the destination before the timer runs out. Pull into the highlighted parking zone to load the injured person. After that, drive back to the hospital without missing the marked spot at arrival.
