There are four different exercise machines available: a treadmill, an ab machine, dumbbells, and a bench press. To train and increase your strength, you need energy, which can be purchased with coins. You earn coins by winning arm wrestling competitions. You buy energy, then spend it on exercise machines to build strength. The more strength you have, the better you compete in arm wrestling and the stronger athletes you can defeat. The main goal is to reach first place in the leaderboard and become the coolest and strongest athlete. Take part in arm wrestling competitions and win the title of the best of the best.

Use energy to improve your character's muscles on exercise machines: treadmill, abs machine, dumbbells, and bench press.
