The prison space is designed so that you can move freely between the training area, the store, and the dining room. Food helps restore endurance, without which it is impossible to perform sets. When individual muscle groups reach the desired level of development, you move up to a new level and become even stronger. A pumped-up character is able to visit more dangerous areas and even engage in real fights with high-level inmates, proving their superiority in strength and endurance.

How to play?

You control a character from the world of Roblox and gradually develop their physical form through regular training. Your journey begins in the prison yard, where you approach any exercise machine and activate the exercise. Each set increases your strength and develops a specific muscle group, and your stats grow as you gain experience. You must monitor your endurance, rest periodically, and visit the cafeteria to restore your energy and continue training. Progress is continuous: the more you train, the more noticeable the changes in your character's body become and the higher your stats become. By developing your chest, back, legs, abs, and arms, you improve your overall level and gain access to new areas where experienced and strong players meet. Over time, you will be able to enter the elite area of the prison and try your hand at real fights against other inmates who also strive to become authorities. The entire gameplay is based on constantly increasing your strength, developing your body, and striving to become the most powerful person in the prison.
