The game "Bench Press 1" is a strength test where you have to hit the keyboard with both hands. The bench press engages important upper body muscles (chest, triceps, deltoids), it is a technically simple exercise and a competitive sport in powerlifting. The "touch-and-go" option is preferable: if the barbell touches your chest, the exercise is considered complete. Form and technique are important: grip width, body position, movement trajectory, and accurate timing of force application. If you lower the barbell carefully, you will expend energy without the help of your chest. If the barbell falls for a long time, it will gain momentum, which will overload it. There are two modes available: maximum weight and five presses in the shortest time, each with a difficult or easy option. In difficult modes, the left and right keys must be pressed equally quickly so that the barbell does not tilt and the plates do not slip.
How to play?
Each hand presses two buttons. Press them as quickly as possible, resisting gravity. Don't press too quickly at the beginning — you need to lower the weight to your chest before lifting it. Set the desired weight by the number of plates. Lower the barbell to your chest, then press it back up to the top position — the press is counted. For best results, rest between sets. The game is similar to a real workout. Set records in each mode!
