Bench Press 1
Bench Press 1 is a strength challenge where you hammer the keyboard with both hands to simulate a bench press workout. The bench press works key upper body muscles like the chest, triceps, and delts. In real powerlifting, it is a simple movement, but also a full sport with strict rules. The game uses the classic touch-and-go style: as soon as the bar touches your chest, the rep is counted. Technique still matters here; grip width, body position, bar path, and timing your effort all affect how the lift goes.
If you lower the bar too carefully, you waste energy without getting help from your chest. If you let it drop for too long, it picks up speed and overloads you. There are two main modes: maximum weight and five reps for the best time. Each mode has an easy option and a hard option. In the hard ones, you have to tap the left and right keys at the same speed so the bar does not tip and the plates do not slide off.
How to play?
Each hand controls two keys. Tap them as fast as you can while you fight gravity. Do not start mashing right away; bring the bar down to your chest before pressing it back up. Set the weight by choosing how many plates are on the bar. Lower the bar to your chest, then press it back to the top position; that rep will be counted. For better results, take short breaks between sets. The game feels close to a simple gym session. Try to set records in every mode.
