Granny: Scary Story

You wake up on a dusty mattress with a headache and the strangest wallpaper peeling around you. The door creaks if you lean against it too hard, but nothing opens the first time you try. In "Granny: Scary Story", you’re this unlucky reporter who poked around somewhere he shouldn’t, hoping for an article. Inside, it’s quiet enough that your own breathing sounds too loud. Floors creak. Every step is louder than you want, especially since you know someone—or something—old and sharp-eared moves through these rooms.
How to play?
You crawl out from under a splintery table and spot a flashlight, half wedged behind the dresser. It barely lights more than a few feet, but it’s enough to see that some of the doors just stick while others actually lock. When you try to pull on a drawer, it rattles and sticks, sometimes giving up a key or a scrap of paper. Most times it’s empty. Puzzles show up in weird places—a safe with a dial under a stack of books, or a loose floorboard you’d only catch if you trip over it. You’ll need to duck into closets if you hear that old woman’s footsteps or her baton scraping the wall. She’s slow, but if she catches sight of you, you might have to double back to the last open room before she blocks the way. In "Granny: Scary Story", figuring out what’s safe and what actually moves gets weirdly tense. Not going to lie, sometimes I just froze behind a door until she shuffled past. Anyway, if you ever notice her humming, maybe stay away from that end of the hallway for a bit.
