Turkish Checkers
In a distant kingdom where people loved gathering for board games, Turkish Checkers appeared. It differs from regular checkers because pieces move horizontally and vertically instead of along the diagonal. A wise checkers master came up with rules no one else would have imagined, so each match becomes a small puzzle where a single move can flip the whole position. Any turn might lead to an unexpected win or a trap. Use your own strategies and tricks and enjoy this logic-based twist on classic checkers.
How to play?
The game board has 64 squares. Each player places 16 checkers on the second and third rows. White moves first. A regular piece moves one square forward, left, or right. When a piece reaches the eighth row and becomes a king, it can move any number of empty squares forward, backward, left, or right. If you can capture an opponent’s piece, you have to do it. A regular checker captures forward or sideways. A king captures across any number of empty squares and lands behind the captured piece.
You can play solo against the computer, share one device with a friend, play online with other players, or watch other people’s games and suggest your own lines. If you want to resign, tap the white flag. Switch between difficulty levels, choose black pieces, and pick up daily rewards. The winner is the player who clears out all the opponent’s checkers or blocks all their moves. Each match becomes a tense battle where you track the whole board and plan your moves ahead.
