Winter Fifteen
In Winter Fifteen, you play on a familiar sliding puzzle board where a winter postcard is cut into pieces. This calm winter game shows forest animals and snowy landscapes, with foxes, hares, deer, and bears against snow-covered trees. The artwork stays soft and cozy the whole time, and the pictures change gradually, so the game fits a slower pace and careful, thoughtful play.
You get a 4x4 grid with fifteen picture tiles and one empty cell. There is always a sample of the finished image in the upper left corner, and you can use it as a reference while you solve the puzzle.
How to play?
Click a tile that is next to the empty space from the top, bottom, or side, and it will slide into the free cell. A new empty spot appears, and you keep shifting the tiles around the board. In Winter Fifteen, it is handy to first complete the top row or the left side while checking against the sample image. Then you gradually put together the rest of the picture, moving the tiles around the field. The picture is finished when all the pieces are in the correct place and the empty cell is in the lower right corner. See if you can complete all the winter postcards without making extra moves.
