Wounded Winter: A Lakota Story

Akechetu returns to ruin. In Wounded Winter: A Lakota Story, you step into the role of a Lakota hunter whose camp has been destroyed during his absence. His wife is gone. The rest of the tribe lies dead, and the trail left by the raiders pulls him across open land and deep forest. Honor drives the search. Food, distance, and wild country stand in the way. You can stay with the main missions and follow the attacker's path, or ride out into the wider territory and see what waits beyond the next ridge.

How to play?

Use your firearms to bring down animals, since Akechetu needs meat to stay fed during long trips. From the mission route, take story tasks that push you farther across the map and reveal more of the attack. Roam through the wilderness when you want a break from the chase, because the land holds extra encounters beyond the main trail. In the forest, watch animal movement before firing so you don't waste shots or lose your target in the brush.
