Art of War: Legions

Command a pocket-sized battlefield and send hundreds of tiny troops into clashes that look simple but punish sloppy planning. In Art of War: Legions, you control squads of infantry, archers, and other units, arranging them into formations before every fight. Battles then play out automatically, so smart positioning and good upgrades decide who walks away with the win. Every level throws out a new enemy layout, so you keep adjusting how your legions stand, move, and hit. Victory gives gold and combat experience, which raises your commander level and unlocks tougher stages with bigger armies. Progress also opens up legendary heroes. These heroes come with defined skills that buff units, deal damage, or tilt a close fight when timed correctly.

How to play?

Drag units into the deployment grid, cluster identical ones, and fuse matching troops into a stronger version. This merge mechanic quickly clears space and gives you more durable infantry that survives longer in the front line. Spend gold coins and crystals between rounds to buy extra unit cards and upgrade existing squads. If your forces already outclass the enemy and the result is clear, switch on auto-battle and speed up time to finish the clash faster and stack rewards.

Check extra quests on the side menu, since they award bonus gold, crystals, and experience for routine actions like winning fights or leveling units. Open treasure chests and starter gift packs whenever they are available to expand your pool of cards earlier. Keep experimenting with different hero and troop combinations, and watch which legion setups carry your strategy game progress the furthest.
