Galaga

Far beyond the safe edge of the galaxy, Galaga brings a lone starfighter into a 2D arcade shooter war against swarming spheres and virus-like beings from another dimension. A single touch from those round masses triggers a collapse of matter, leaving no room for direct contact. One pilot stands between the invasion and the rest of the universe. More than 150 stages pack the screen with enemy waves, and boss fights block the route ahead as hostile fleets push to wipe out all life.

How to play?

Fire repeatedly at each sphere, since one shot won't break it. During battle, grab temporary upgrades that boost speed or damage, bring in an allied ship, or slow the action for easier targeting. Bad pickups also appear, cutting movement or overheating the engines for a short time. Between fights, spend coins on ship damage, maneuverability, and gold gain. Additional weapons unlock for the starfighter, and automatic plasma cannons join the attack after purchase. Boss victories also pay out daily rewards.
