Spades
British card tables gave rise to the classic trick-taking match behind Spades, now presented with adjustable difficulty, stat tracking, and visual options for the table, deck, and main image. Team rounds push toward a 500-point finish, and the rules settle in fast after a few hands.
How to play?
Deal 13 cards to every player, then name the number of tricks your side expects to take before any card hits the table. Following the lead suit is required whenever that suit remains in hand, and any card may be played only after that option disappears. Spades act as trump cards that beat the other suits, but regular suits must be used first when possible. Scoring pays 10 points for each trick in a correct bid, with one extra point added for every overtrick. Emptying all hands ends the round, and the player who won the previous trick leads the next one.
