How to play?

Pick the time of day before the action begins. Nighttime increases the scare factor, but you can start during the day if you want a lighter mood. There are five levels to clear. You start inside the boy's house. Head upstairs right away to check out the noise in the kid's room. Read the note left on the bed for your first clue. Next, return downstairs to search the closet. Find your flashlight and a gun—these tools are key for defending yourself against Jeff and other spooky enemies. Move outside into the street. At the last house, spot a gate locked with three separate padlocks. To get through, you'll need to search the area and collect all three keys. Each key may be hidden in a different room or guarded by a challenge. Once you unlock the gate, you're free to move on to the next stage. The game utilizes simple controls: the arrow keys to move, the mouse to look around, and the number keys to switch items. Pay attention to your surroundings. Some objects can hide clues or extra ammo. If you run out of flashlight energy, you'll need to find batteries to recharge. Watch out for sudden appearances by Jeff—he can show up when you least expect it. Stay alert, use your gear wisely, and solve each puzzle to uncover the full story.
