The Owner is Dead

A stale reek hangs in the house. Twenty years after the last meeting, an old friend's address pulls you back, and The Owner is Dead begins at the front door with a bell that gets no answer. Minutes pass in silence. Inside, the bedroom reveals a body on the bed, with decay showing the death happened well before your visit. Police work won't explain this scene. Something otherworldly stains the house, and the choice shifts from leaving at once to staying long enough to learn who killed your friend.

How to play?

Search the rooms for clues and interact with objects that expose what happened in the house. Strange forces interfere with the investigation, placing escape beside the murder case as a constant threat. Move from one discovery to the next, reading the scene and triggering new findings until the path to the truth appears.
