PlayStation Game: Metal Slug X

Dust hangs over the desert battlefield. In PlayStation Game: Metal Slug X, a lone commando pushes through enemy lines in a side-scrolling arcade shooter built on PS1-era run-and-gun action. How to play?

Fire your standard gun at advancing soldiers, then switch over to a machine gun or lob grenades when armored targets roll in. Helicopters, tanks, and armored personnel carriers need fast damage before their attacks stack up and cut your run short. Getting too close changes the attack automatically, with the hero putting away the firearm and striking with a knife. Captured vehicles stay in action until their ammo or fuel runs dry. Wipe out the remaining force to finish the mission.
