PlayStation Game: Diablo

Sanctuary stands between mortal life and the war of Heaven against Hell. In the PlayStation Game: Diablo, hatred and distrust spread across the land after Mephisto, Baal, and Diablo chose mortals as their route into that conflict. The Horadrim answered by sealing the three demon lords inside Soul Stones. Diablo's stone lay deep below a monastery, buried in the catacombs.

How to play?

Tristram is the hero named by the canon, though another character may take the descent into the cursed town. Several townspeople ask for the source of the blight, pushing the search down through the underground passages beneath the monastery. Far below, cross paths with King Leoric and Archbishop Lazarus, already reduced to a skeleton. Defeat both, then face Diablo in the form of Prince Albrecht. After the demon falls, pull the stone from his forehead. Tristram drives it into his own head to bind the creature with his strength. The road then leads east toward distant lands that may hold a way to destroy Diablo for good.
