Gold Miner

In the game "Gold Miner," you’ve been lucky enough to stumble upon a gold-rich mine, and now all that’s left is to bring everything to the surface. The work of a miner here requires attention to detail and quick reflexes, because you won’t have time to think for long—each shift lasts only 60 seconds, and the mining quota is quite substantial. Buried underground are gold nuggets, stones, diamonds, and mysterious bags that could contain anything from dynamite to coins. You can spend the money you earn in the store on upgrades and bonuses that help you meet your quota in the next levels. If you fail to collect the required amount, the game ends, and you’ll have to start all over from the very first level.

How to Play?

A cable with a claw swings over the mine, and you control it using the arrow keys. When the cable lowers, the claw grabs the first item in its path, so time your move so that it grabs gold instead of an empty rock. Large nuggets are worth more but take longer to lift, so keep an eye on the timer and try to grab as many as possible before the minute is up. Bags with unknown contents are also worth grabbing—they may contain coins, diamonds, or dynamite. You can use dynamite to blow up an unwanted rock if the claw gets stuck on it and takes too long to pull it up. After each completed level, the shop opens. It sells useful upgrades: a power-up that makes the claw lift items faster, a four-leaf clover for luck, a collector’s book that makes the rocks on the next level worth more, and other bonuses. If time is running out but you’ve already collected the required amount, tap the “Finish Level” button to skip waiting for the timer to run out and move on immediately.
