Slide the white men onto the board first, then read the position and wait for a lane to open. Checkers 2 Online uses the standard twelve-piece setup on an eight-by-eight board. Black and white face off with diagonal moves, and the side that wipes out the rival set wins. A match can run long once a piece reaches the far row and becomes a king. That promotion lets it travel in both directions. Pick a rival that fits the mood. You can play against the computer, sit at the same screen with a friend, or join a bot-filled multiplayer-style mode.

How to play?

Click a checker, then choose a dark square on the diagonal path. Regular pieces only move ahead until promotion changes their range. Jump over an opposing piece when the landing square behind it is empty. Remove the captured checker from play and continue when another jump is available. Watch the board edges. They cut off escape squares and trap pieces fast.
