A neglected property sets the scene in House Renovation Master. You step in as a small-time buyer trying to earn money through low-cost rentals. You purchase an abandoned house and rebuild wrecked rooms into a place tenants will actually rent. Diamonds drop after finished work, giving you currency for character upgrades. Broken furniture needs repair, the yard needs decor, and the final look of each room comes from your own design choices.

How to play?

Grab a cart before emptying the rooms, letting you haul bigger loads of junk to the landfill. Buckets of water scrub off the mold that coats filthy walls and floors. Laying fresh tile covers the damaged surfaces, and rich paint finishes the rooms for new tenants.
