Long Live the King!
Paris stands in revolt, and the guillotine waits for a king marked for death. In the turmoil of Long Live the King!, wealth and authority have shifted hands, yet common people still have nothing. A rescue must happen with no witnesses. A young Protestant takes the job because his body is quick and light, almost catlike in motion. His route leads straight to the scaffold, where an exhausted executioner sleeps, and the captive king remains under watch. Twelve missions stand between the prison cart and a silent escape. Discovery means the blade falls.
How to play?
Sneak across each area and reach the guillotine before the guards catch sight of the spy. Move fast, then slip out of view in time because the guards can't be disarmed. The sleeping executioner creates your only opening. Reach the king without raising an alarm, then complete the rescue before the chance is gone. A spotted approach ends the attempt at once, and the execution goes through.
