The rules of the game:

But in addition to these cards, there are many other types: "+2", "+3", return, block, and color choice cards. The "return" and "block" cards allow you to play twice (provided you play two people). If more than two people are playing, "block" is a skip move, and "return" changes the direction of play. "Color Choice" gives you the opportunity to order a color for another player. "+2", "+3" /they/ mean that the player must take the specified number of cards from the deck and skip a turn.
