Simple Tetris

Falling tetrominoes leave little room for hesitation. Simple Tetris uses a landing outline that shows the exact spot of the current piece before it locks in place. New players get a better read on spacing, then watch the pace climb higher and higher. By levels 6 and 7, pieces race down the well, and points come from fast placement under pressure.

How to play?

Slide each shape across the grid with the arrow keys and place it into a tight fit. Fill an entire horizontal row to erase it from the stack. Empty spaces cause trouble fast, since later pieces snag on the gaps and pile upward. Chase a bigger score by clearing rows before the board clogs.
