Help SpongeBob finally breathe through his nose again and send him out of the clinic healthy. In SpongeBob SquarePants Nose Doctor, you sit in the doctor’s chair and work directly on his nose, fixing everything that made him sick and miserable. The table already holds medical tools, each prepared for a specific nose treatment and small procedure. Nothing moves until you pick the next instrument. Tap any tool to see what part of SpongeBob’s nose it works on, then apply it right away. The game shows the animation for that action, and you keep switching tools until his whole nose looks clean and healed.

How to play?

Click a medical instrument to select it, then move the cursor to the highlighted area of SpongeBob’s nose. Hold or tap again to run the tool until the action finishes, then release it. When the current problem disappears, choose another tool and treat the next damaged spot until the game no longer offers new actions.
