SpongeBob Ear Surgery

Something went wrong with SpongeBob’s hearing, and now orders at the Krusty Krab keep getting mixed up. In SpongeBob Ear Surgery, you step into the clinic at Bikini Bottom and treat his left ear so he can work normally again. The doctor already checked him and found that the ear is clogged with grime and bacteria, so the only way to fix it is a full cleaning with medical tools. Handle every step carefully, remove the gunk, wipe out the germs, and bring SpongeBob’s hearing back without scratching anything inside.

How to play?

Pick the instrument the game highlights, then move it directly into SpongeBob’s ear canal as shown. Scrape or suction out dirt when you see it, then switch to the next tool once the interface points to it. Target the spots with bacteria icons and clear them until they disappear, following the order the game sets. Watch the on-screen prompts for each action, finish all the cleaning stages, and complete the treatment when the ear looks clear.
