Paper Snakes throws you into a flat notebook-style arena full of hungry rivals. Dozens of paper snakes crawl around the map, all trying to bulk up and push into the top spots of the leaderboard. Before spawning, type in a nickname so your growth, score, and ranking spot are easy to follow during the whole match. Pick a skin that fits your mood. The game lets you turn your snake into a square strip, a sharp polygon, a diamond, a star, or a jagged gear shape, all made from simple paper-style geometry. These designs only change the look, not the rules, so you can switch them just for fun without affecting movement or speed.

How to play?

Move your paper snake through the arena and steer it over colorful squares to gain mass and experience. As your snake grows longer, it becomes easier to block paths and keep smaller rivals at a distance. If another snake touches your body with its head, it gets destroyed instantly according to the io game rules.

Circle opponents, cut them off, or bait them into tight turns so they slam into you. When a rival snake dies, it drops bright paper stars in different shapes. Larger enemies leave bigger stars, which means faster mass gain when you collect them. Hold the acceleration button to dash and reach good loot or escape danger, but watch your size, because boosting slowly burns your mass and shortens your body.
