Enter an abandoned sanatorium as a journalist and look for proof that Slenderman is real. Slenderman Must Die: Sanatorium 2021 is a horror shooter built around searching the building, staying alive, and collecting eight pages from the Diary of the Unknown. The halls aren't empty. Zombies move through the corridors, and Slenderman is the threat you're hunting.

How to play?

Search the whole area for pages, weapons, and useful supplies. Watch your health bar while you move through the building. Pick up a first aid kit, eat a burger, or drink a milk bag to restore health. Find all eight pages to prove Slender exists, then destroy him.
