How to play?

Your main job as mayor is to keep a careful balance between four key stats: budget, population, mysticism, and intelligence. This will be especially interesting if you want to see how you do as an experienced leader. Your secretary will regularly come to your office with reports, and you will need to read each one closely, then issue your orders. Every decision changes the numbers in the panel in the left corner of the screen, adding or removing points from those four parameters, so treat each problem with care.

Besides your assistant, you will often deal with other visitors: local residents, eccentric oddballs, monsters, a doctor, the mayor’s wife, and more. Solving their requests and answering their questions also directly affects all four indicators. Think through your choices, manage risks, and show your leadership skills as you try to keep this eerie city stable. Good luck.
