How to play?

The main task of the city leader is to maintain a balance between four indicators: budget, population, mysticism, and intelligence. This will be very interesting if you want to test yourself as an experienced leader. A secretary will visit your office with reports. You must carefully study each of them and give orders. Each of your actions will add or subtract points from the parameters in the left corner of the game. Therefore, approach problem solving with the utmost seriousness. In addition to your assistant, other people will often appear before you: local residents, eccentric oddballs, monsters, a doctor, the mayor's wife, and others.
