How to play?

Get ready to move quietly through shadowy rooms, always listening for sounds that signal danger. Four enemies patrol the building: Dr. Psycho, a creepy nurse, a killer boy, and a deadly clown. Each one has a unique noise when nearby. Hearing their steps or laughs means you need to hide fast. You can duck into closets or slide under beds to stay out of sight. Always shut doors behind you before hiding, so they don’t guess where you are. Check every room for safe spots and plan your route to the exit. In ghost mode, enemies can’t spot you unless you make noise; in hardcore, they’re always on alert. Listen closely to avoid walking right into danger. Collect keys and tools to unlock new areas and escape routes. Don’t rush—running too loud attracts attention. With careful moves and sharp ears, you’ll find the best way out of Dr. Psycho’s hospital and leave those scary games behind.
