Graphics quality, draw distance, and traffic density are adjustable from the settings menu.

How to play?

Fire the harpoons into buildings, swinging across rooftops and streets. Follow the marked locations on the mini-map to pick up assignments. Money from completed tasks pays for better firepower. Vehicles across the city are ready for travel. Take a motorcycle for fast street movement. Use a car for regular patrol routes. A helicopter lifts travel above traffic. Gain enough experience to level up, then spend points on character attributes. Commit crimes, and the city police will chase you across the map.
