Mash Work Together

The game “Mash Work Together” takes place in a cozy grove inhabited by a whole group of colorful mushroom characters. Each mushroom’s goal is to reach the portal of its own color, but it’s not always possible to overcome obstacles alone, since every mushroom has its own limitations and abilities. You can’t control all of them at once; you can only switch between characters one at a time—and that’s the whole point of the puzzle. What’s insurmountable for one mushroom is well within the capabilities of another, and sometimes the solution is found only when the characters stand on each other’s heads or otherwise help one another overcome a section that’s inaccessible on their own. The game features a total of sixteen levels, designed in a pleasant retro-pixel art style with the warm atmosphere of a forest grove.

How to play?

Control one mushroom at a time, moving it across the level and interacting with the environment, then switch to the next character to continue from where the previous one left off. Guide each mushroom to the portal of its own color, relying on each character’s unique abilities. Use some mushrooms as stepping stones for others to overcome heights and obstacles that can’t be reached directly. Plan your sequence of actions and coordinated maneuvers to guide the entire group through the level. Complete all sixteen levels one by one, helping the mushrooms work together to reach the right portals.
