Mall Tycoon

"Mall Tycoon" is a shopping mall management simulator where you fill a pre-built building from scratch with a wide variety of stores and turn empty spaces into a profitable retail empire. The selection is vast—cafés, electronics, clothing, and much more—and the more diverse your mix of stores, the more customers you’ll attract and the higher your revenue will be. Each store needs to be set up from the inside: place the cash register, furniture, and merchandise, and hire a salesperson, after which it begins to generate passive income. But don’t relax—thieves periodically visit the mall, and if you catch one, you’ll receive a nice cash bonus.

How to play?

Go to the marker and unlock the first store—it’s free. Choose a store type from the three options provided, and if none suit you, use the reroll feature to refresh the options. Go inside and set up the store—a cash register, tables, electronics or clothing, and a salesperson. After that, the store starts running on its own. Customers come in and leave money at the register, so be sure to stop by and collect the proceeds. Try to open each new store of a different type, since variety attracts more visitors. Keep an eye out for robbers who sometimes appear in the mall, and don’t miss out on bonuses like cash and vehicles for quick travel around the building. Once you’ve filled all the spaces and opened the food court, move on to the next mall and develop it using the same strategy.
