Tornuktu

Christmas lights glow inside a cabin above a mountain village. A young boy lives there with his parents, far from the nearest neighbors. Tornuktu frames the night around a decorated tree, a bed by the wall, and a myth book bought from the local bookstore the day before. Its pages describe an Alaskan creature with a reindeer's head, rows of sharp teeth, a human body, and hoofed legs. The house feels safe for only a moment. That legend soon steps out of the page and into the cabin.

How to play?

Walk through the rooms and listen for movement inside the house. The creature gives itself away with sound, letting you judge when to move and when to pull back. Return to the book on the bed from time to time, reading the added notes that appear after exploring. New details in those pages point to the threat stalking the cabin. Stay out of its reach. One wrong encounter ends the night.
