Eleven years have passed. In Not Involved, a plague doctor receives a letter from Amari, the friend tied to his past and its buried secrets. Their reunion unfolds in a strange world crowded with unusual people and illnesses no textbook could name. The demo frames that meeting as a horror visual novel, letting the doctor move through unsettling encounters shaped by old history, rare diseases, and creatures that don't fit any normal order.

How to play?

Choose dialogue replies and move the story into different scenes. Branching decisions shift the route, changing which conversations and plot details come forward.
