A stained room in a deserted psychiatric hospital is the first thing in view. Dr. Psycho: Hospital Escape strips the usual slasher setup down to one bad decision and its aftermath: a stranger wakes in captivity, the doctor steps out, and the route outside has already vanished. Rotting wards, locked passages, and a few remaining days frame the whole escape. Valuable objects and scattered clues point toward a way out. Dr. Psycho patrols the building. His patients roam nearby, making every corridor feel unsafe.

How to play?

Search rooms for tools and evidence that unlock blocked areas or reveal the next lead. From one hallway to the next, move carefully and avoid noise when the doctor or a patient passes close by. If a route closes off, check nearby furniture, doors, and corners for anything useful that was missed earlier. Time is limited to a few in-game days, which means wasted movement leaves less room to explore. Stay out of sight, pick up what helps, and piece together the path that leads beyond the hospital walls.
