Swordsman of Persia

Pick up a steel blade, step into a ruined kingdom, and fight for people who got turned into unpaid labor. In Swordsman of Persia, you play a simple soldier in ancient Persia who refuses to stay quiet under a conquering ruler. Sword in hand, he leaves the ranks and starts cutting through guards to break this harsh new order. The old king is gone, the throne stays empty, and a neighboring army has taken the land. Taxes crush poor families, long workdays leave no rest, and anyone who speaks up faces punishment. This fighter doesn’t wait for a new prince or savior. He moves from skirmish to skirmish, using steel and grit to push back cruel soldiers and give locals at least a chance at normal life again.

How to play?

Watch the hints in the upper-right corner of the screen. That panel shows where to move the hero next and which buttons trigger his basic actions. Follow each on-screen prompt, test the listed controls in order, then chain them to hit enemies and block incoming strikes. Kick stunned foes to finish them faster, then reposition before the next group reaches you. Read new tips that pop up during fights, since they unlock extra moves and explain fresh commands without opening any menu.
