Race through the levels, swinging your katana! In Katana, everything happens from a first-person perspective — you only see your hands and weapons, while enemies rush at you from all sides. Your goal is simple: slash ninjas, rescue hostages, and move on. Everything is fast, juicy, and to the point. After being struck, enemies fly apart like rag dolls — just like in classic Redgold-style games. Each level offers a bit of action and a bit of a puzzle: where to run, who to strike first, how to avoid hitting innocent people. There are plenty of weapons to choose from, ranging from standard katanas to throwing shurikens. All of them can be upgraded and changed in the store. Coins drop for each enemy you defeat, so don't slow down.

How to play

The controls in Katana are simple: click the mouse or swipe your finger across the screen, and your hero will deliver a slashing blow. Want to throw a shuriken? Just tap the screen. Hostages appear in the levels. You can't hit them, so watch their movements, choose your moment, and don't swing your katana around randomly. Some enemies are fast, others wear armor, and still others hide behind cover. Sometimes you have to go around them, lure them in, or attack from above. The pace changes with bosses — they move unpredictably and defend themselves. To win, you need to not only slash, but also block attacks in time, throw shuriken from a distance, and keep moving. Earn coins, go to the store, buy new weapons, and return to battle. Try out different katanas and experiment.
