"Street Racing 3D in Big City" is an open-world racing simulator with tycoon elements, reminiscent of GTA San Andreas. The game combines car racing with the business mechanics of buying real estate to earn passive income. There are 12 unique cars available: Lada 2107 Oper, Greenwood, Chaser 100, Gelendvagen 4x4, Blade, AMG 63, Hotknife, BMW i8, Rolls-Royce, Monster Truck, Bugatti Veyron, and M1 tank. The lively city features real traffic, police patrols, and numerous GTA-style activities. Various racing modes are available: hellish descent, containers, drag racing, and other challenges. The game offers a car repainting system, Easter egg hunting, in-game currency collection, and car destruction using special mechanisms. The goal is to become a tycoon by buying all the real estate in the city and collecting a complete car collection.

How to play?

Choose a car in the garage and set off to explore the big city. Take part in various races to earn money: complete hellish descents, compete in drag racing, and other challenges. Collect bonuses scattered around the town and look for hidden Easter eggs for extra income. Drive through city streets, overtaking slow traffic and dodging the police when you break the rules—experiment with destroying cars on special structures and mechanisms for fun. Earn money by racing and buy new cars in the garage, aiming to collect a complete collection of 12 cars. Invest in city real estate to earn passive income, gradually buying up all the buildings and becoming a city tycoon. Utilize the repainting system to customize your cars and become the most skilled racer, capable of passing any test.
