Railway Bridge

Railway Bridge is the first part of a series where you build bridges specifically for trains. The game has 20 levels with difficulty that ramps up as you go. On each level, you need to build a solid bridge and lay the track so the train grabs all the stars scattered around the map. You get two main types of building materials. Rails form the path the train will follow, and fasteners create the supporting frame and keep the whole structure stable. Every level gives you a set budget for construction, so you can't spam parts. You have to plan the bridge carefully. Collecting stars also unlocks new trains, and the more stars you earn across all levels, the bigger and more varied your train collection becomes.

How to play?

Start by looking over the whole level area. There are arrows at the sides of the screen, move your mouse over them and the camera will scroll in that direction. This helps you see all the anchor points, how the stars are placed, and where the train has to finish. Pick a material at the bottom of the screen, click the first connection point, then drag to the next one. Lay the rails on top; they will be the track for the train. Use the fasteners underneath to build the support system. Connect the nodes so you get triangular shapes for better stability.

The counter shows how much money you have left while you build. Every part has its own price, which is taken from your budget when you place it. If you put a part in the wrong spot, remove it with the cross button, and you get the money for that piece back. When you are done building, hit start. The train will go along your tracks and collect stars on the way. If the design is good, it will reach the finish safely. If the bridge collapses or the track is broken, you have to tweak the layout, add more triangular supports, or change the track line. Try different builds, find a balance between strength and cost, and show you can handle this bridge-building puzzle game.
