Family Crisis

In Family Crisis, everything starts on the night a family has to hurry across an old wooden bridge. The bridge is long and shaky in spots, and you really don't want to be out there without light. But they only have one light source, a small lantern that's almost dead. There is no way back, only darkness ahead, so they need your help to reach the other side. Each family member walks at their own speed, some move quickly, others can barely keep up. Because of this, the crossing is trickier than it looks at first, and if you move people at random, you'll waste the lantern's remaining charge. Your job is to keep the family together and guide everyone across the bridge step by step while there's still light. At the top of the screen you see photos of everyone on the hike, and next to each one it shows how many seconds that person needs to cross the bridge.

How to play?

Pick two people and send them across by pressing the move button. They walk at the pace of the slower person in the pair, and that slower one carries the lantern. The lantern always has to be in the hands of whoever is walking, otherwise the way ahead is too dark. After each crossing, someone has to go back with the lantern so the rest can start their own crossing. The return trip also takes time, so you need to send the fastest person back. The battery lasts only thirty seconds, and the timer runs down faster than it feels, so it's better to plan ahead who goes first and who goes last. If the charge runs out and the light goes off, the bridge is swallowed by darkness and the family can't move forward. But if you do the math calmly and don't rush for no reason, you'll manage to get everyone to the other side and finish this difficult night safely in this bridge puzzle game.
