Long Backgammon
Roll the dice and move your checkers in classic Long Backgammon! Get ready for amazing dice rolling in this game! The game starts with both players rolling one die to determine who moves first. The one with the higher roll starts and uses the dice he and his opponent rolled to make his first move. Each turn the player rolls two dice. The numbers shown determine how far the player can move his pieces. If both dice roll the same number, the player plays as if there were four dice and they all show the same number. When moving, you must always move the top piece from the triangle. By moving a chip, you can go to the triangle, which contains: 0 pieces, your own chips or one opponent's chip. If you move a token to the opposite token, this token will be removed and placed in the middle of the board. Then the owner of the chip must put it back on the board, starting from the very beginning. He cannot make any other moves until all of his pieces are back on the board. Once all of your pieces have gone around the board, you may begin to remove the pieces (perform a "carry away").
Note: you must use all your cubes if possible! This means that you cannot make a move with one die and then say "Skip" if there is any way to use the other moves played on both dice. If you ever think that the game doesn't allow you to make a move that you think should be allowed, ask yourself what your next move will be. If your next move is not possible, the game forces you to use both cubes.
