Devil Cry

Devil Cry opens with a warrior who already carries a long record of demon hunts. Raised under a respected sensei, she grew into a feared commander while still young. Her battles against lesser fiends are over. Now she climbs into the heavenly realm to cut through the highest demon clans.

These enemies didn't stay hidden. They stirred up wars, preyed on humans, and slipped behind false, respectable faces. The heroine steps in to wipe out that threat and stop the darkness at its source. Expect wave attacks, close-range combat, and soul drops from fallen undead. Those cursed remnants pay for combat upgrades between fights.

How to play?

Watch the field before charging in. Pick the nearest target, then move into striking range and chain your attacks before the next group closes in. Shift position often when enemies crowd around you. Hit with different attack patterns to break pressure from all sides. When a defeated undead drops a soul, move over it to collect the currency. Spend those souls on stronger combat skills and push deeper into later battles.
