Genokids

Earth gets hit by an alien invasion right in the middle of a huge rock show, and the band steps off the stage swinging. In Genokids, the four members of a music group turn their own gear into blades and smash through waves of Zenodia troops in a fast slasher-style fighting game. Battles take cues from combos and aerial juggles in classics like Kingdom Hearts and Devil May Cry, but everything here runs through guitars, mics, and stage energy instead of standard fantasy weapons.

The group itself includes four playable heroes named after their stage colors: Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. They play loud tracks, hate the Zenodia Empire, and refuse to give up the concert without a serious fight. Each band member uses a special power called motivation that channels raw emotion into the instrument. Once that kicks in, the guitar, bass, or other gear morphs into a heavy weapon that cuts through alien armor. Swap between different heroes, stack up motivation, and knock invaders across the arena until the postponed show can finally go on.

How to play?

Pick one of the Genokids, then move into the nearest alien squad and start chaining hits. Tap attack buttons to slice, launch enemies into the air, then keep them suspended with follow-up strikes. Activate motivation when the meter fills to transform the current instrument into its combat form and hit much harder for a short time. Switch heroes between fights to test another weapon style and keep your momentum going as you clear enemy groups and push the Zenodia Empire back from the stage.
