Remember that the patients themselves are far from the only reason to stay on your guard. Strange things can happen in the hospital. Objects suddenly shift positions, rooms look different, and familiar surroundings can suddenly seem suspicious. So even after checking the next visitor, don’t let your guard down. For a job well done, you’ll earn in-game currency that you can spend on upgrades in the store. Here, keen observation, caution, and the ability to spot something amiss in time are key.

How to Play?

At the start of your shift, carefully examine every patient who arrives. Your task is to determine whether you’re dealing with a regular Brainrot or an anomaly. First, accept their documents, then take a photo, scan the information into the computer, and print out the medical record. If the visitor looks normal and nothing raises suspicion, admit them and perform the necessary medical procedures. If, however, you notice something strange, refuse to admit them. Don’t rush to make a decision: an overlooked detail could lead to trouble, so pay close attention to patients’ appearances and any unusual characteristics. After checking the patients, continue to monitor what’s happening in the hospital itself. Inspect the rooms, observe the objects, and pay attention to changes that weren’t there before. An anomaly can manifest not only in a visitor’s appearance but also in the surrounding environment, so don’t limit yourself to just one area of investigation. The more carefully you work, the better your chances of surviving another shift in this unusual hospital.
