In Animal Hospital - Create Anomalies, unlock a new hospital worker, combine matching characters, and reveal mysterious anomaly forms with unusual looks. Build a collection, level up the characters you create, and move through new transformation phases. Rare forms include Rattie, Barney, Dr. Harlow, and Stalker. Complete orders to earn Animal Coins, then unlock collection chapters filled with increasingly strange creatures.

How to play?

Place characters on the board. Match two identical heroes to create a new one, then track the transformation chain as new forms appear. Use created heroes to complete orders and collect Animal Coins. Unlock more collection chapters, add rarer forms, pick up daily rewards, and collect all 160 characters.
