How to play?

Drag the missing taps into the right pipe joints and complete the water line. Empty pipe sections block the flow until each valve sits in place. A finished setup sends water through the big pipe and dumps it straight onto Sylvester. Fit the parts without mixing their positions, and Tweety's trap goes off.
