North War

Across the cold sea, rival islands wait. In North War, Viking raids play out as a territory strategy game with drakkars, shoreline landings, and fights for enemy ground. Your crew pushes from island to island with a small supply pile, so wasted material leaves your force short before the next clash. New troops don't arrive all at once. Better units come later, after the campaign gains momentum.

How to play?

Set down the stack of planks and raise a weapons workshop on your island. Fresh axes come out of that shop, and your warriors carry them onto the drakkar before the crossing. The neighboring shore holds the enemy army. Defeated fighters can drop silver ingots, which pay for extra ships. Stay behind your front line during the landing. If your commander falls, the run ends on the spot. Archers unlock later and add ranged fire before the enemy closes in.
