Train Digger

Train Digger is a train game about a mining locomotive that drills deeper underground while a city grows above it from the resources you dig up. You start with a basic train and a quiet town, and over time, you upgrade to a heavy locomotive with several cars and a busy metropolis with roads, houses, and towers. The whole system runs in a loop: the train mines stone, the furnace bakes it into bricks, machines haul the bricks to the construction site, and the city expands. Trucks that carry finished bricks run on their own; you just buy extra ones when you need more capacity. As the mine gets deeper, the rock gets tougher, so you have to buy and merge grinding machines to keep breaking it. The train keeps working while you’re offline, so your progress continues even when you’re not in the game.

How to play?

The game starts with a short tutorial. To move the train, hold the mouse button; it won’t move by itself. The grinder at the back of the train cuts into the rock, collects stone, and drops it on the tunnel floor. On the next lap, the train drives over the piles, picks them up, and loads the stone into the cars. When the cars are full, stop the train at the furnace to turn stone into bricks, then trucks drive up automatically, load, and haul the bricks to the city. You get money when the trucks unload at the construction site. Use the bottom menu to buy upgrades: new grinders and links between them, higher train speed, bigger car capacity, and extra trucks. Trigger boosters to speed up production, and to view the whole area, tap the eye icon and swipe around the screen; the train keeps running on its own while you look.
