Evo Gears
Evo Gears is a tower defense strategy game with mechanical towers facing waves of enemies from different historical periods. You start fighting prehistoric creatures armed with clubs, gradually progressing to Spartan warriors in bronze armor storming positions in an organized formation. The basis of defense is built on a system of gears that drive the conveyors for creating units. At first, only one production mechanism is available, but as you progress, additional lines and more powerful defenders are unlocked. Before each wave, choose an upgrade card from the options available: increased tower health, increased troop damage, greater income from slain enemies, or other bonuses. Connect identical figures on the field to increase their productivity and create a more effective defense. The goal is to hold out against all waves of enemies, passing level after level through historical eras.
How to play
Place pieces on the game board to set the gears in motion that start the production conveyor belts. Each installed piece begins to generate units automatically, sending them into battle against approaching enemies. When two identical pieces appear, drag one onto the other to merge them. Merging creates an improved version with increased production speed or stronger units. Continue combining to achieve maximum efficiency. Earn money for destroying enemies. Spend your earnings on new types of defenders in the upgrade menu. At first, only basic infantry is available, but you will unlock other specialized fighters later on. Install stationary crossbows at strategic points on the map for additional firepower against enemy clusters. Upgrade them in the same way as regular units by merging identical towers. Before the start of each new wave, you will be presented with a choice of several bonus cards. Assess the situation and take what you need: if the enemies are too resilient, choose damage; if your towers are falling quickly, upgrade health; if you don't have enough money for upgrades, take the economic bonus. Defeat wave after wave as you progress through the ages of human history.
