Tic Tac Toe: Yandex

A blank grid never stays small here. Tic Tac Toe: Yandex uses the classic X-and-O duel, then stretches the board outward with each move, replacing the usual tiny square with space that keeps expanding. Two modes are available: a solo match against the computer or a local contest for two people. Five identical marks in one line decide the round, whether the chain runs across, down, or on a diagonal. The growing layout changes the usual pace, since a row can begin in one area and continue farther out a few moves later.

How to play?

Place crosses or zeros and build a line of five before the other side completes one first. Block an enemy chain by cutting across its path or boxing in nearby marks from several directions. A human rival may miss a trap set a few spaces away. The computer reads the board far better and leaves almost no room for a cheap trick.
