Tic-tac-toe 9x9. Strategy and Tactics

In the game "Tic-tac-toe 9x9. Strategy and Tactics," everything is familiar, but the rules are more complicated. Here, you don't just place Xs and Os — you have to think ahead. In front of you is a large field of nine cells. Inside each of them is another mini-field, also 3x3. Winning a mini-field gives you a piece of the large field. To win the whole game, collect three such mini-fields in a row, as in classic tic-tac-toe. It sounds simple, but the longer you play, the more you have to think ahead.

How to play

Make your first move in any small cell. After that, your opponent's move depends on your choice — they will have to play on the mini-field indicated by the position of your last move. If that field is occupied or has already been won, you can choose another one. In the game, it is important to look not only at the square where you place your mark, but also at where this move will send your opponent. Sometimes it is worth sacrificing a small square in order to win an entire line later. This strategic puzzle really boosts your attention and logic. The games turn out differently — sometimes one move decides everything, and sometimes there is a long struggle. Think through your moves, catch your opponent's mistakes, and prove that you are the best strategist!
