How to play?

Pick a tool with the mouse, then move it over the highlighted tooth. Scrape away dark buildup first. Pull stuck food out piece by piece. Tap the rotten teeth to remove them, then place the new ones in the empty spots. Watch the mouth area before switching tools. The treatment moves forward when the current step is finished, then the next instrument becomes available.
